We do not use or allow third-party behavior tracking code.

Google

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our website, but we may do so in the future. Google's advertising requirements are detailed here.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law requires any person or company in the United States that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. To comply with CalOPPA, we agree that:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • We will maintain a link to our privacy policy on our home page.
  • Our Privacy Policy link will include the word 'Privacy' and shall be easily be found on our home page.
  • Users of our webstie will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.
  • Users of our website will be able to change their personal information by emailing us or contacting us by telephone.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

Collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old is enforced through the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which is inteded to put parents in control of the release of such information. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' Consumer Protection Agency, enforces the COPPA Rul and details how websites must protect children's privacy and safety online. these provisions do not apply to our website, as we do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices

To comply with the provision of Fair Information Practices, we will notify you via email within 15 business days of becoming aware of a data breach. The Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This requires that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act sets rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have stop email contact, and details penalties for violations.
